Position Title: Quality Control Review Auditor
Req'd Experience: At least 3 years mortgage experience. FHA experience a Plus
Position Type: Independent Contractor
Req'd Travel: Limited
Location: Altamonte Springs, FL (no remote positions available)
Job Description:
If you have experience in Processing FHA loans, or underwriting FHA loans then we want to here from you. Job requires performing Post Closing Auditing on conforming and government loans. Must have a working knowledge of mortgage loan documents, including disclosures. Comfortable working on the computer and paperless environment.
